General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of the SISA CARE E-shop
1. Introductory Provisions
1.1 These terms and conditions govern the legal relationship between SISA CARE s.r.o., Company ID: 23115025, with registered office at Letní 267/11, Rumburk 3-Dolní Křečany, 408 01 Rumburk, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Ústí nad Labem, file number C 53787 (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer"), who concludes a purchase agreement via the online shop at www.sisa-care.com.
1.2 These terms and conditions form an integral part of the purchase agreement between the Seller and the Buyer.
2. Orders and Conclusion of the Contract
2.1 Orders can be placed via the online shop at www.sisa-care.com.
2.2 The purchase contract is concluded at the moment the order is confirmed by the Seller.
2.3 The Seller reserves the right to reject an order for valid reasons.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
3.1 All prices are listed including VAT.
3.2 Goods can be paid for online by card, or by bank transfer.
3.3 The Buyer agrees to receive the tax document electronically.
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Goods are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days after the order is confirmed.
4.2 Delivery costs are borne by the Buyer based on the chosen delivery method.
4.3 The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider. However, we are happy to assist you in resolving any issues with delivery.
5. Withdrawal from the Contract
5.1 A Buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
5.2 The withdrawal must be submitted via email or in writing to the Seller’s address.
5.3 Goods must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging, and without signs of use. The Buyer bears the cost of return shipping.
5.4 For hygiene reasons, certain skincare products cannot be returned if opened or used. This does not affect your right to return faulty goods.
6. Complaints and Warranty
6.1 Goods are covered by the statutory warranty period of 24 months, unless otherwise stated.
6.2 Complaints can be made via email at info@sisa-care.com or in writing to the company’s registered address.
6.3 The Seller is obligated to resolve the complaint within 30 days.
7. Protection of Personal Data
7.1 The Buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation (especially GDPR).
7.2 Details on how we process personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.
8. Final Provisions
8.1 These terms come into effect on April 7, 2025.
8.2 The Seller reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. The new version will be published on www.sisa-care.com.
8.3 Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the Civil Code of the Czech Republic.
